Returns Policy

At Arcane Collectables, all items are packed securely and safely for long travels across Australia. However we do understand items can still be damaged during transit. If this happens to you, please contact us immediately through our CONTACT page or at arcancecollectables@hotmail.com.

Items not as described

If you received an item that you believe is defective we will require you to send the item back in the exact same condition it was received. Once analyzed and we approve the item is defective, we will reimburse any postage costs along with a store credit to our website. We will also require evidence (preferably photos) to show how the item arrived and if the parcel was damaged (in transit). Please forward this to

Ordered items in error

Arcane Collectables does not exchange or refund items that were order in error or for change of mind. Orders that are paid and dispatched are final.

Refunds

Refunds for cancellations, out of stock items, or defective items will be reimbursed to the customer within 2-4 days of approval by the same payment method used for the original transaction.
