Arcane Collectables is registered business (ABN: 39 128 760 219 ) and uses this online store front to provide product goods to customers. By placing an order on this website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Goods and Services supplied by Arcane Collectables follows the below terms & conditions.

  • Orders that are placed on this website are final.

  • Payment is required in full before any products are dispatched.

  • Estimated dispatch time is within 48 hours. All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
  • Cancellation must be provided in writing via filling a form under CONTACT or emailing us at arcancecollectablesaus@hotmail.com. Cancellations will not be given for Change of mind requests on preorder items. 

  • Refunds of any orders will be issued back to the customer via the same payment method used.

  • Any changes or modifications to an existing order must also be provided in writing while the order status is unfulfilled.

  • Preorder items are not currently in stock and are expected to arrive within date range supplied. Items may arrive before scheduled date and will be shipped once fulfilled.

  • If there are delays on any orders, Arcane Collectables with notify each customer of an expected ETA.

  • If any products become out of stock or are received damage, Arcane Collectables will be in contact with an alternative solution, return & exchange product, store credit, or refund.

  • Arcane Collectables reserves the right to cancel any order that breaches any terms or conditions on this page.

  • From time to time, Arcane Collectables will have events in which items my be sold with strict restrictions or limitations per customer. Breaching these restrictions will results in cancellation of orders.

  • Arcane Collectables reserves the right to combine any orders in which the customer information (including name and address) is the same.

  • Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time which will be updated on our website.
